We are an Australian Accredited Tourism Business. This is recognition of our continual commitment to the highest standards of customer service, professionalism and safety. All of our vessels undergo rigorous maintenance and are all accredited by Marine and Safety Tasmania. Our staff all hold qualifications above what is required for their position.
In addition, regular staff training and performance monitoring is conducted to ensure the highest standards are maintained at all times.
