"The Bruny Island day trip on January 29, 2012 was one of the best tours I have ever had. The guides were fun and knowledgeable, down to earth and just made you feel like they loved their jobs and enjoyed taking you on the trip. And to top it off, on the boat portion of the trip our guides took us out a little further than usual and we found 100s of dolphins, seals, albatross, gannets, and other birds. The dolphins were playing with the boats, racing and jumping...I can't even describe in words how amazing it was. In the top 10 best experiences of my life. I would and will recommend this tour to all my friends."

"We did the cruise on 14th October, and loved every minute of it. The crew - Chris & Andrew - were attentive to young & old, were full of information which came not from a 'spiel' but from a real love of the area and what they are doing. To see such truly awesome ( in the original meaning of the word) scenery, and wildlife was simply wonderful and never to be forgotten. The thrill of going through narrow gaps in the rocks, coming up close to the Breathing Rock was exciting and gave us all an adrenalin rush! The best three hours we have spent in a long time. You deserve all the accolades - we hope to repeat the experience again. I will certainly be recommending it to locals and visitors alike. "

"We did the Bruny Island Cruise with our family of 9 on Saturday, 8th October. We had such a fantastic and memorable experience! The Kids loved seeing breathing rock and sighting seals for the first time and a lovely surprise to see dolphins jumping around us and guiding us back into the port! Lee and Steve were absolutely wonderful- so informative, friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to them for looking after us on the boat while a couple of us were under the weather! An unforgettable experience and we can't wait to do it again one day soon! Thank you."

"Myself, Huband and two children 13 and 11 did the cruise last Friday 30/9/2011 on a freezing,wet day in Tasmania. What an amazing ride... Sat at the front and the kids couldnt wipe the smiles off their faces. Mick described it as a wild ride in a washing machine, being in a freezer and an ongoing rollercoaster ride. What an amazing experience, and the most pristine scenery you will ever see. Then we returned to the best lunch you could give in freezing conditions creamy hot pumpkin soup and yummy huge smoked salmon rolls. Great value and unforgettable day. Thanks"

"One of the best value for money trips my family and I have been on. Having travelled Australia in 2008 with my family, I can honestly say this is an awesome trip. Spectacular scenery,wildlife and informative, friendly staff. The customer service, from the booking to beyond was first class! (I lost my sunnies,relised the next day, notified staff and a week later, hey presto! They rang and are posting them home for me). I would truly recommend this company to anyone visiting Tasmania. "We have been to Bruny many times and finally was able to do your cruise. Just the most amazing, exilerating, wonderful thing we have ever done. The winds were very strong and the swells HUGE though so I did have to be confined to the back with my youngest and I filled up on Ginger tablets! Julie and Roger treated each person like they were the only ones on the cruise. So attentive to everyone the whole time they made the trip just that much better. The only regret I have is that I decided to do it just before my return; otherwise I would surely do it again! " I had hear about it on a travel show and thought it would be exciting to go on. So, I convinced my husband do the cruise while we were on holidays in Hobart. By far the most memorable part of our holiday. My husband and I were amazed by the beauty of the landscape and marine life. What made it more pleasurable was the enthusiasm and passion of the staff, especially skipper Cole. My husband could not stop smiling during the trip and proudly showed photos of our cruise to family members. "Well it wasn't the best weather for a boat cruise, cold and drizzling, but what a wonderful group of people and experience. Our tour guides were Mick and Andre and from the moment we stepped aboard the bus at Kettering they were friendly, funny and engaging. We took the tour with our two children and Mick and Andre were absolutely wonderful with the kids. "We had a 4 day weekend in Hobart for susan's 60th birthday and our travel agent suggested we could consider your cruise day. We are so glad they did, everything went like clockwork from start to finish and the people who are engaged in providing the service were excellent. Mick had a big day picking us up in the city and his casual laid back approach and sense of humour was great, as was his knowledge about the area and wildlife plus a very skilled and competent bus and boat operator. Julie was great in complementing Mick on board and the guy, (can't remember his name)who does the catering also provided excellent service and a friendly chat. A mosy memorable day which I will strongly recommend to anyone. ps Susan generally does not like boats and gets nervous when her feet cant touch bottom. The whole trip she enjoyed completely. "For the past 12 years my husband and two boys have been spending our holidays,some weekends, etc., at our little place on Bruny Island. We have always been "meaning" to go on the Eco Tour, but just never seem to get around to it. On Good Friday, instead of putting our boat in to do a spot of fishing, we decided, at the last minute, to book ourselves on the afternoon tour at 2pm. Although we knew it would be great and our boys Jed, 12 years, and Tom 10 years would just love it, we really didn't imagine it would be one of the best things we've ever done. Not only were the staff fantastic and the actual cruise was beyond our wildest dreams, we only had another 6 people on with us which made it even more personal and special. Our tour guides were Andre and Steve and I don't think we stopped smiling or laughing. In saying this, they were so knowlegeable about the tour that it took our breath away. The thing I was very impressed with is that most people would dismiss children, but Andre and Steve made sure my boys were included in all that they had to say. In fact on our way back, Andre sat with our boys for most of the trip and our boys just loved conversing with him. I have recommended this cruise to everyone I have spoken too and I'm pretty sure that I will do it again. Thank you all again, especially Steve and Andre. You are amazing. "The Yellow Boats" The skipper's name was Robert On the Bruny Island cruise He took us over waves and caves You should have seen the views! He pointed out the eagle nests So high amongst the rocks Then named the many different birds As they swooped down in flocks The next attraction was the seals Just basking on the legdes The boat was mastered with such skill It never touched the edges! We went on the Brunny Island Cruise at the last minute.It was recommanded by our B&B Host from THE BLUFF LOGDE. its was the best last minute decision .We had the perfect weather ,we were so lucky we have spoted so many wildlife but the best I must say was to witness the feeding frenzy with the seals! How cool was that!But the trip wouldn't have been so memorible if Brunny Island Cruise didn't have such a FANTASTIC STAFF! From the girls at the reception who booked our tickets to the soo funny guys on the boat(it really shows how much they loved it) right through the dog back at the shop !It was my first time in Tassie & I will go back just for the the Eco cruise! After arriving home from our Tassie holiday a few days ago the 3hr eco cruise we took on the 8 Jan was one of our great highlights of the trip. Andre was a great captain and tour guide - he was also attentive and reassuring to my younger son (4 yrs old) in explaining what to expect from the boat ride itself. As it turned out my son loved it, smiled the whole time and his favourite part of the trip was when the boat looked like it was "flying"! We have been to Tasmania many times over the past 13 years and each time we find another reason to return - I think your cruise has given us another reason to add to our list.
